Cascade Praise gives into several support ministries in the Central Oregon Area:

Salvation Army
Pregnancy Resource Center
Shephards House
YWAM overseas missions

We believe our personal mission field is right here in Central Oregon in what we call "our sphere of influence."

What this means is we are to witness to those closest to us that do not know Jesus as Lord and Savior or those Christians who are no longer  actively connected to a church body.  We do this first by our actions, caring about them and treating them accordingly as Jesus would.

This is then followed up by inviting them to church, getting them involved and being involved with them,  following up with them and mentoring them. They will get saved in this process! We provide a couple of different methods of discipling. One is a class that meets a couple of times a month and the other is a book that we have that is a great tool for sitting down over a cup of coffee and going through together.

There are a lot of people out there feeding the hungry and the poor - that's awesome and we're told to give to the poor. But, we're also instructed in Matt 28:19 to:
"go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you."

We call this being Won by One!
